SUMMARY:Embodying the Goddess Ecstatic Dance
DESCRIPTION:A one-day workshop for women\, to call up the Goddess through our feet\, hips\, hearts\, voices\, hands . . . \nA joyous collaboration between Jackie Singer and Elise Tassell \nIn this workshop we aim to awaken the sacred within our bodies\, and journey to meet the Goddess through guided visualisation\, drum journey and embodied improvisation.  Then we’ll give space for whatever wants to be expressed through dance.  Ecstatic dance is an invitation to be yourself\, to surrender to the rhythm move freely to a wide variety of music.  Throughout the day\, we will hold a space for radical playfulness as we invite the Goddess(es) to come to life through us. \nA light lunch is included\, provided by the wonderful Shakti Kitchen – vegan food at its finest. \nEarly bird cost of £55 before 1st Feb. \nSpecial discount price of £35 for 16 – 21 year olds. \nTo book please go to: www.scarlett-moon.com \n
